Aerobic exercise is great for burning calories, and strength training works very well for strengthening your muscle groups, but yoga goes far beyond either of those forms of exercise and can benefit you both physically and mentally. Your body needs to relax from time to time.

Long-term Yoga practice will make you a happier person. Move around rather than stay in front. You want to know when to inhale and when to exhale.

The pressure and demands of life can leave us stressed out, that is why we do yoga. No one expects you to transform overnight, so keep at it.
