The nine main styles of Yoga are: Bhakti, Hatha, Jnana, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Raja, Tantric, and Yantra Yoga. Yoga practice is not about being skinny or svelte or reedy.
Yoga isn't a discipline that can be taught without extensive knowledge and training. Do not risk harm by attempting to perform exercises without consulting a trained yoga teacher or without seeking medical advice from a doctor. A yoga instructor will slowly guide students through poses one at a time.
