Becoming a yoga instructor can provide you with the lasting knowledge that you are improving the lives of your students. The depths of your poses are not nearly as important as how deep you delve into yourself. Perhaps you will find that blood pressure problems improve, or back pain may improve or even just that you get a better nights sleep.
